It's so much easier to work out on your arms and upper body but it's not as easy for legs so this is a great machine. It's very similar to stair climber and I like this machine compared to a treadmill because it's easier on my knees as there's less impact on the knees compared to running. I would like to see a bigger foot pedal but I believe the size of the foot pedals were intentional so it can do more work on your calves. Love this machine and is perfect add on to my home gym.

This is a great exercise machine for our home gym for working on the legs, glutes and core. It was very well packaged and assembly was very easy and simple. I love how quite the climber is and it really does work your legs, glutes and core. I appreciate the handle bar for added safety but I can also try to not hold the handle bar to challenge myself, which is much harder.

Loved it. I was in a terrible car accident 2 months ago and I can't go to the gym. I've been using it for 10 minutes daily and I can feel the burn on my quads and glutes.
